Hello, I am Stephany Sasson.
I am a Licensed Massage therapist, Lymphatic specialist and Holistic health coach/herbalist.
In 2012 I graduated from the largest nutrition school, The Institute For Integrative Nutrition. I have been passionate about learning the root causes of disease since.
Due to my own health issues and chronic pain I made it my duty to find natural remedies and causes to chronic pain and inflammation, this led me to learn about the lymphatic system and how most of our disease starts with a sluggish lymph system, causing pain, inflammation and eventually other organ complications such as cancer. This led me to learning to eat, and create lifestyle changes that support the bodies natural ability to heal and work optimally and eventually becoming a massage therapist in 2014.
I found ALT in 2019 where trauma, stress, and illness where running my life.
From my first treatment with ALT I instantly felt a shift in my pain, water retention digestive system and peace of mind. I knew very quickly that I needed to use this powerful technology with my clients.

Restoring Eden Wellness
When I think of Eden, I think of this perfect place God created just for us, Before there was corruption, sin, sickness and wickedness, there was this beautiful, perfect garden intended to nurture and nourish us.
I pray the lord restore us as close as possible back to the wellness and goodness of Eden, where his joy and peace fills our heart.
